Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in the United States.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Orders of $100 or more ship free.

What to expect after you order

As soon as you place your order, you’ll get an order confirmation email. We’ll pack your order with care, usually within 1-2 business days. Once it ships, you’ll get a second email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping.

Local pickup

If you’re in Monroe, choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order at 1806 N 3rd Street. Pickup is always free. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we’ll email you when yours is waiting at the counter.

Some large, heavy or especially fragile pieces are marked Pickup only and can’t be shipped. You’ll see this on the product page.

Fragile and one-of-a-kind items

Many of our pieces are one of a kind, and some are vintage or antique. We pack fragile items carefully, but if something arrives damaged, email us at woodstockcommon@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right.
